The NSW Government has opened a second round of applications for membership of its ICT Advisory Panel, made up of private sector and research representatives charged with providing new perspectives and independent advice to the State’s ICT Board.
It is looking for three new members, according to Finance and Services Minister Greg Pearce.
“One of these positions is new, and will see the panel expanded to eight, while two other others will step in to vacating positions,” he said in a statement.
A spokeswoman for the Minister said she could not yet confirm who was departing from the panel.
Past applications to the ICT Advisory Panel will be automatically reconsidered and all new applicants should send submissions to NSWICT@services.nsw.gov.au

Bridge Point Communications has entered into a Standing Offer Arrangement for the supply and delivery of routers to Queensland state schools for three years. The deal is estimated to be worth $2 million over this period.
The Department of Infrastructure and Transport has bought 1,300 desktop PCs and 1,950 monitors from Ethan Group as part of its Desktop Refresh Program. Both contracts have been signed through the whole-of-government Desktop Hardware Panel.
