In Q4 2010-11, the Software – Business Intelligence market increased by $1.2 million or 31% on the same period in 2009-10. 10 suppliers signed a total of 20 contracts worth $4.9 million with 16 agencies. The top three suppliers accounted for 88% of the market in the quarter.
