In Q4 2010-11, the Hardware – LCS market increased by $8.1 million or 24% on the same period in 2009-10. 63 suppliers signed a total of 216 contracts worth $41.4 million with 35 agencies. The top three suppliers accounted for 57% of the market in the quarter.
