Tier One Agencies Percentage Change in IT Contract Value

The Australian Taxation Office experienced the greatest increase in total ICT contract value, more than doubling to $1.1 billion from 2007-08 to 2008-09. Over 75% of this increase was driven by just two very large multi-year managed services agreements for IT Services with EDS and Telco Services with Optus.
