Top Suppliers Percentage Change in Average Contract Value

The majority of the top 10 ICT suppliers to the Federal Government experienced an increase in their average contract value from 2007-08 to 2008-09. This reflects a trend which is evident across the Federal Government market for agencies to sign up for a smaller number of larger contracts.

Of the top 10 ICT suppliers to the Federal Government two were excluded from this analysis, Intelsat General and Wells Fargo Bank, because these companies signed only one contract each in 2008-09.
