Bespoke Research/Reports

Intermedium is able to provide clients with both primary and secondary research services for the government ICT market.

Such research is often used by companies as they consider entering a particular public sector market or to validate their perceptions of the market.

Qualitative Research

Focus Groups - traditional and telepresence-based:

• Telephone interviews; or
• One-on-one interviews.

In the Public Sector market, such research is suited to identifying buying intentions of government agencies and for perception surveys.  Intermedium makes use of its ex government CIO Senior Associates to perform such research.

Quantitative Research

• Data analysis;
• Desk research; or
• Email Surveys.

The scope of such research is discussed and agreed with a client.  A fixed price quote is provided by Intermedium and the quote would have regard to the level of Intermedium resources required for the research.

Commissioned Report for a specific company in the Federal Government Market

 Utilising the Federal Government data at its disposal, Intermedium is able to create a company-specific report.  This report would issue quarterly, with an annual report providing the total view, combining the data from the preceding quarters.

This report will provide a company - centric market perspective. Indicatively it could include the following, but the detail in it can be completely up to the company to specify:

• YTD Market Share (% per nominated supplier);
• Year on Year Change (% growth/decline);
• Nominated competitor’s performance;
• Nominated agency market share;
• Nominated sub-categories of supply

If commissioned, this the company - specific competitive intelligence report will not be sold by Intermedium to any other client (ie it will not be productised).  This has the advantage of keeping the information confidential to the client, but also means that the cost of producing it must be borne by the client alone.
