ATO searches for tech fix to bad habits

The Australian Taxation Office is seeking technology suppliers for a system that will aid its executives and managers in changing the “habits” of the agency.

The “One habit at a time” (OHAAT) program is part of the agency’s drive to change behaviours and cultural attitudes in light of the 2019 Independent Review of the Australian Public Service, authored by David Thodey.
