The blame game: Failed IT projects escape litigation

The legal teams of ICT System Integrators (SI) and in particular, multi-national SI firms, are notoriously conservative when it comes to signing contracts with government agencies. Their main concern is that the clauses which seek to give the agency protection against risk are too onerous and can result in litigation if the project does not go well.
