The Froggy award recognises Federal Government ICT market suppliers that achieved the fastest rate of sales growth over three years, as measured by their aggregate annual contract value from 2004-05 to 2006-07.

face2face achieved contracts in 2006-07 worth $4.1 million, up from $163,000 in 2004-05. This is an impressive rate of growth during the three years of 2,407%.

The growth of face2face Recruitment reflects rapid growth in the federal government labour hire market. Intermedium research shows that this market grew by 17% during the 2006-07 financial year.

face2face' major clients in the Federal Government market in recent years have been the ATO, DEWR and ComSuper. Its largest single contract was a 12 month, $1.4m labour hire contract at DEWR reported in July 2007.

face2face Recruitment (f2f) opened in February 2005 in Yarralumla with a team of three.
