Unisys Australia: Winner of the Froggy Award for 2008
After being runner-up in the inaugural Leaping Frog Award in 2007, Unisys Australia continued to achieve high rates of growth in sales to Federal Government, and took out the top Froggy Award in 2008.
We profiled Unisys and its growth in the Federal Government market.
The Froggy award recognises Federal Government ICT market suppliers that achieved the fastest rate of sales growth over three years, as measured by their aggregate annual contract value from 2005-06 to 2007-08.
Unisys achieved contracts in 2007-08 of $290.9 million, up from $5.2 million in 2005-06. This is an impressive rate of growth during the three years of 5,476%.
Unisys success in the Froggy Award points to the ongoing importance of the IT Services segment, despite slowdown in the market.
