ICT Management Consultants Multi Use Lists

A new multi use list established by the Department of Finance (AGIMO) allows Federal agencies to avoid going to open tender to meet certain ICT Management Consulting requirements.

The ICT Management Consultants multi use list (created in October 2007) is specific to nine niche management consultancy categories:

• Strategic Planning • Corporate Governance of ICT • Organisational Project Management Maturity Assessment • Project and Portfolio Management • Project Governance • Business Case Analysis and Development • Project Management Methodology • Project Outcome Evaluation and Benefit Realisation Management • ICT Benchmarking

Suppliers that are able to meet the pre-qualification requirements will be included on the multi-use list.  Agencies may then use this information to shortlist and select tender for a particular procurement or to establish an agency specific panel.

Suppliers must complete an online Request for Application, relating their capability and experience against nominated categories.  AGIMO chairs an Evaluation Committee that determines if, and for which categories a supplier may be admitted to the ICT MCL.  The ICT MCL is then published on the AGIMO website.  Applications can be submitted at any time, and additions and amendments will be made as soon as practicable after evaluation.
