Last week's top contract: ATO-IBM

The Australian Taxation Office’s $16.5 million amendment to its IBM Support and Maintenance for IBM Software Licences contract was the largest reported on AusTender last week (25-29 January 2016).

The value of the contract, which was originally published in July 2015, has now increased to $100.2 million over the four years. The contract will maintain its 29 June 2015 start and 30 June 2019 expiry dates.

IBM ranked second on Intermedium’s Supplier Leader Board for 2014-15, behind Lockheed Martin. 84 contracts were signed by IBM worth a total of $463.6 million for the company.

IBM has consistently ranked in the top five suppliers to the Federal Government and has signed 2095 contracts worth $3.1 billion since Intermedium began collecting contracting data in 2009-10.
