The Department of Health’s $220 million contract with Telstra for the National Cancer Screening Register was the largest reported on AusTender last week (16-20 May 2016).

The contract will run between 4 May 2016 and 30 June 2021. It is Telstra’s largest so far in 2015-16, dwarfing the previous largest contract with the Department of Finance by $181 million.

Excluding the recent Health contract, Telstra ranks seventh on Intermedium’s 2015-16 Supplier Leader Board with 274 contracts worth $142.3 million. Telstra has signed a total of 2,722 contracts worth $3.2 billion since Intermedium began collecting contracting data in 2009-10.
