Public sector superannuation gets customer service treatment

The Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), which manages the super funds for Defence and Australian Government workers, recently released a tender for the development of a customer service platform.

Procurement of platforms both at the Whole-of-Government and individual agency level is a growing trend sweeping through service delivery agencies both nationally and internationally. Improving customer experience (enabled by data) and use of agile methodologies are common themes found in platform procurement.
