From robotic process automation to digital workers: Market and future state

Canberra’s largest agencies have been increasingly serious in their use of robotic process automation (RPA) over the last two years, according to contracts published to AusTender.

Contracts signed with suppliers of Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere solutions are increasing in both value and frequency.

Key agencies investing in RPA include Services Australia, the Department of Defence, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE), and the Department of Finance.
