Unbundling IBM’s $1 Billion Deal

IBM has signed deals with a total contract value (TCV) of $5.4 Billion in the last 10 years, according to Intermedium’s analysis of its Federal Government ICT contracts database. If averaged, this represents $540 Million per annum in each of these years.
