WA scores another $400 million for digital in 2022-23 Budget

Western Australian Treasurer and Premier Mark McGowan announced funding for 23 ICT projects and an extra $400 million for the Digital Capability Fund (DCF) when he brought down the state’s budget Thursday 12 May 2022.

WA had been lagging in Intermedium’s annual Digital Government Readiness and Maturity Indicator in the 2020 and 2021 reports. However its score improved significantly in the 2022 report with strong activity from the Office of Digital Government.
