Chief Information Officer,
Andrew Mills was appointed Queensland Government Chief Information Officer in January 2014. In this role he provides strategic advice to Ministers and Directors General on the best way for the government to digitally transform and use information and communication technology (ICT) to deliver improved services to Queenslanders.
Before this role, Andrew was Chief Information Officer for the South Australian Government where he led development and implementation of cross-government ICT strategy and policy and improvement initiatives to build online service capability.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science from the University of NSW and a Masters of Science (Electronic Systems) from the Cranfield University in the UK.
