The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman’s (FWO) $15.3 million amendment to its Shared Service Centre (SSC) IT and Corporate MOU contract was the largest reported on AusTender last week (15-19 August 2016).

The value of the contract, which was originally published in October 2014, has now increased to $24 million between 1 July 2014 and 30 June 2017.

The FWO has signed a total of 46 contracts worth $49.6 million with the then Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations and the Department of Employment – the agencies responsible for conducting procurements on behalf of the SSC, as well as the SSC itself, since 2007.
