NSW Department of Commerce advised the NSW eTendering site will be refreshed and released on 17 November.

The new website will feature:

  • An improved search engine that will help you locate the tender information you require more easily
  • An enhanced layout with clearer navigation and better usability for those seeking and participating in tender opportunities.

The implementation of this new system will carry forward records from earlier tender opportunities as required.

To accommodate the introduction of these enhancements, NSW eTendering will be unavailable from close of business Friday 14 November to 9am Monday 17 November.

According to the nswbuy website, NSW agencies have increased their use of NSW eTendering by over 50%. More than 50 agencies and around 70,000 suppliers now use NSW eTendering to advertise tenders and receive responses online. The nswbuy site also provides information on selling to NSW government - how to become a supplier to Government, and procurement policies.
