WA procurement threshold lifted

Purchases by WA agencies below $50,000 can now be done without the Department of Finance’s Government Procurement (GP) Branch.  In addition, the threshold for at which agencies must approach the market with an open public tender for goods and services is now $250,000, under new State Supply Commission (SSC) amendments.
