What's left of IBM's $1B deal

Only $219 million in value out of IBM’s $1 billion arrangement with Federal Government is yet to be tied up, following the recently announced $481 million mainframe renewal at the Department of Human Services (DHS). Most of this remaining value, which is to last for the next five years, is likely to be consumed by a major IBM mainframe renewal at the Department of Home Affairs
