Centrelink receiving 25,000 online claims per month for new services

Centrelink has processed more than 100,000 online transactions for Newstart Allowance and Parenting Payment since these services went live in May 2014, averaging 25,000 a month.

The productivity implications awarded for driving these services online is significant, according to Minister for Human Services, Marise Payne.
