NZ Budget Bloodbath: $600 Million Slashed from ICT Funding

The New Zealand budget has slashed almost $600 million from existing ICT funding programs, including $381 million from ICT contingency pools, forcing agencies to come cap in hand with an ‘investment ready’ business case before any further cash will be allocated.
