A defining program Trent led, was the technology stream for the Home Care Services transition to Australian Unity as part of the new NDIS reforms. NSW was the first state to complete such a transition of services to the non-government sector and do so in a way that maintained continuity of services.

Committed to innovation and collaboration, Trent continues to lead transformative projects that improve access to digital services for the community. He is dedicated to improving digital access for the most vulnerable, ensuring that disadvantaged individuals, families and communities across NSW receive the support they need.
